Three phases, one crew
Construction cleaning is usually done in stages, and we can handle any or all of them:
- Rough clean: after framing, drywall and mechanical. Debris, dust and garbage are removed so finishing trades can work cleanly.
- Final clean: after the trades are done. A detailed top-to-bottom clean of every surface, fixture, window and floor.
- Touch-up / occupancy clean: right before handover or move-in, after deficiencies are fixed and dust has settled again.
Working with general contractors
We understand site schedules, safety orientations, PPE and that the handover date doesn't move. Our crews arrive with their own equipment, ladders and HEPA vacuums, follow your site rules, and can be scaled up to meet a deadline. Commercial projects across Edmonton, from retail tenant improvements in South Edmonton Common to office fit-outs downtown and industrial buildings in Nisku and Acheson, are a core part of our work.
Construction dust is different
Drywall dust is extremely fine. Dry dusting and regular vacuums just move it around and it resettles overnight. We use HEPA-filtered vacuums, microfibre and a multi-pass approach (vacuum, damp wipe, final detail) so surfaces stay clean after you walk away. We also clean HVAC grilles and diffusers so dust doesn't blow back out when the system starts up.
