Edmonton is hard on floors
For about half the year, every pair of boots that walks into your building carries salt, sand and gravel. Salt leaves white residue that dulls finishes and eats into carpet fibres. Sand acts like sandpaper on hard floors. Without a plan, a floor that looked new in October looks tired by March.
We set up a floor care program that matches your traffic and the season: more frequent entrance care and salt removal in winter, then restorative scrubbing, refinishing and carpet extraction in spring once the gravel season is over.
Hard floor services
- Strip and refinish: remove old, yellowed finish and apply new coats for a hard, glossy surface.
- Scrub and recoat: a cost-effective in-between service that restores shine without a full strip.
- Burnishing: high-speed polishing to keep finish glossy between recoats.
- Tile and grout: deep scrubbing that removes embedded dirt from grout lines.
- Concrete: auto-scrubbing and degreasing for warehouses, shops and parkades.
Carpet cleaning
We use hot-water extraction for deep restorative cleaning and low-moisture encapsulation for regular maintenance in busy offices. Low-moisture methods mean carpets are dry in about an hour, so you can clean during the week without shutting down the office.
Scheduled around your business
Floor work is noisy and floors need time to dry, so we do it evenings, overnight and on weekends. For larger jobs we work in sections so part of your space stays usable.
