Cleaning that supports infection control
A clinic is not an office. Patients arrive sick, surfaces are touched constantly, and your regulatory body expects a clean, safe environment. Our healthcare cleaning procedures are designed around infection prevention: we clean from clean to dirty and high to low, use colour-coded cloths and mop heads for each area, and apply disinfectants with the correct contact time rather than spraying and wiping immediately.
All disinfectants we use in clinical spaces carry a Health Canada Drug Identification Number (DIN). We are happy to match the products your clinic already uses or that your infection control lead prefers.

Clear lines of responsibility
We agree in writing which surfaces our crew cleans and which remain the responsibility of clinical staff, for example dental chairs and equipment between patients, sharps containers and biomedical waste. That clarity avoids gaps, and it is the first thing an inspector will ask about.
Privacy and professionalism
Our crews work after hours in spaces that contain patient records. They are background-checked, trained not to touch paperwork or screens, and work under clear key and alarm procedures. If your clinic requires a confidentiality agreement, we will sign it.
