Move-out cleaning that gets the deposit back
In Alberta, a landlord can deduct cleaning costs from a security deposit if a rental isn't left reasonably clean, and the move-out inspection is where that's decided. Our move-out checklist is built around what landlords and property managers check: the inside of the fridge and oven, cabinets and drawers, bathroom grime, baseboards, walls and floors.
The home should be empty when we arrive, which lets us clean every surface, inside every cupboard, and every floor edge to edge.
For landlords and property managers
Turnover time is lost rent. We schedule move-out cleans quickly between tenants, send before-and-after photos, and keep pricing consistent across your units. Managing a building? See condo and property management cleaning.
For sellers and realtors
A spotless home photographs better, shows better and gives buyers a good first impression. We clean before listing photos, before showings, and before possession day so the buyers walk into a fresh home.

Move-in cleaning
Moving into a new place? Even "clean" homes often aren't. A move-in clean disinfects kitchens and bathrooms and cleans inside cabinets before your things go in, so you start fresh. New construction homes need a different clean: see post-construction cleaning.
How move-out cleaning is priced
Move-out cleans are priced by home size, number of bathrooms and condition. Heavy build-up in ovens, years of grease on range hoods, or pet hair add time. Send us the size of the home and a few photos and we'll give you a firm price before we book.
